Whisk the cream on medium-high speed until it becomes thick.\r\n\r\nBeat eggs, saffron and sugar together in a separate bowl.\r\n\r\nMix the egg mixture with the whipped cream on low speed until they are thoroughly combined.\r\n\r\nAttach the ice cream attachment to the Assistent and insert the freezer container.\r\n\r\nStart the Assistent on low and slowly pour the mixture in. Let it run for about 20-30 minutes, on low speed.
