Smagen og teksturen giver en fantastisk oplevelse for ganen \u2013 og det er meget nemmere end du tror! De to vigtigste ingredienser er tid og k\u00e6rlighed!\r\n\r\nMen vi har samlet flere af vores bedste tips her:\r\n\r\n<strong>DEJ<\/strong> &#8211; Den bedste hjemmelavede pastadej (mener vi) er lavet med durum hvedemel, der er \u00e6ltet sammen med \u00e6g. Dejen kr\u00e6ver en smule ekstra omsorg, men det er det hele v\u00e6rd.
