Coloca en la amasadora el bol de acero, el rodillo y la rasqueta separadora.\r\n2. Calienta la leche hasta que alcance unos 40\u00a0\u00b0C. A\u00f1ade la levadura y remueve hasta que se disuelva.\r\n3. Vierte la leche en la amasadora Ankarsrum.\r\n4. En un bol aparte, mezcla la harina con el az\u00facar glas.\r\n5. Con la amasadora a velocidad baja, incorpora la harina poco a poco y m\u00e9zclala. Si fuera necesario, aumenta la velocidad de manera gradual.\r\n6. Amasa de 5 a 7 minutos. Reajusta la posici\u00f3n del rodillo hacia el centro si fuera necesario.\r\n7. Saca la masa del bol e incorpora la mantequilla amas\u00e1ndola a mano.\r\n8. Devuelve la masa al bol y agrega la sal.\r\n9. Pon la amasadora a velocidad media y amasa durante unos 8 minutos.\r\n10. Coloca la tapa y deja que leve durante unas 2 horas.\r\n11. Vuelca la masa sobre la superficie de trabajo limpia. Div\u00eddela en 6 porciones iguales. Dales forma de bola.\r\n12 En dos moldes cubiertos con papel de horno, coloca 3 bolas en cada uno.\r\n13. Cubre los panes con film transparente y deja que leven durante 30 minutos.\r\n14. Precalienta el horno a 175\u00a0\u00b0C.\r\n15. Cuece ambos panes a media altura entre 20 y 25 minutos.\r\n16. Saca los panes del horno y, antes de desmoldarlos, deja que se atemperen durante 5 minutos.\r\n17. Corta cada pan en rebanadas y c\u00f3melas untadas con lo que m\u00e1s te guste.\r\n18.
