Precalienta el horno a 175\u00a0\u00b0C.\r\n2. Engrasa un molde para 12 magdalenas de tama\u00f1o est\u00e1ndar o cubre las cavidades con c\u00e1psulas para magdalenas.\r\n3. Coloca en la amasadora Ankarsrum el bol de pl\u00e1stico y las varillas para montar.\r\n4. Bate los huevos con el az\u00facar a velocidad media-alta hasta que est\u00e9n esponjosos.\r\n5. Derrite la mantequilla y a\u00f1\u00e1dela junto con la nata a velocidad media.\r\n6. Mezcla la harina con la levadura de reposter\u00eda y el az\u00facar vainillado; agr\u00e9galos a la masa a velocidad baja.\r\n7. Reparte la masa entre los moldes de manera equitativa. No llenes las cavidades m\u00e1s de \u2154 o \u00be de su capacidad.\r\n8. Cuece los cupcakes en el horno de 15 a 18 minutos, hasta que al insertar una brocheta salga limpia.\r\n9. Deja que se enfr\u00eden sobre una rejilla cubiertos con un trapo de cocina.\r\n10. Haz un agujero en el centro de los cupcakes con un sacabolas peque\u00f1o (para melones) o un cuchillo. Sirve dentro de 1 a 2 cucharaditas de dulce de leche.\r\n11. Bate la mantequilla a velocidad media-alta hasta que el color se aclare.\r\n12. A\u00f1ade el dulce de leche.\r\n13. Poco a poco, agrega el az\u00facar glas. Para la sal, empieza a\u00f1adiendo solo un cuarto de cucharadita, mezcla y prueba. Si quieres el caramelo m\u00e1s salado, agrega el otro cuarto. Mezcla la cobertura a velocidad baja hasta que est\u00e9 lisa.\r\n14. Pasa la cobertura a una manga pastelera y decora con ella los cupcakes por encima.\r\n15.
