Bate la nata a velocidad media-alta hasta que espese.\r\n\r\nEn otro bol, bate los huevos con el azafr\u00e1n y el az\u00facar.\r\n\r\nMientras la amasadora trabaja a velocidad baja, incorpora los huevos a la nata y bate para que se integren bien.\r\n\r\nColoca la heladera en la amasadora e introduce el bol de congelaci\u00f3n.\r\n\r\nPonla a mezclar a velocidad baja y vierte despacio la crema. M\u00e9zclala durante 20 o 30 minutos. Vierte el helado en un recipiente resistente al fr\u00edo y m\u00e9telo en el congelador como m\u00ednimo de 1 a 2 horas.\r\n\r\nSirve el helado de azafr\u00e1n con pistachos.","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredientes:.
