• 100 gram butter

Chocolate cake

A trick to make a regular chocolate cake feel really luxurious is to add a good amount of garnish.


    Follow these steps

  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan.

  2. Assemble the assistent with the beater bowl and the balloon whisks.

  3. Whisk the butter with eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, cocoa.

  4. Add wheat flour and whisk.

  5. Pour the batter into a baking pan.

  6. Bake in the middle of the oven at 175 °C (347 °F) for about 17 minutes.

  7. Let the cake cool and garnish.
