Lascia riposare per 15 minuti se hai preparato delle francesine.\r\n\r\n<strong>Crosta dura<\/strong>\r\n\r\nSe ti piace una crosta croccante per il tuo pane, alza il forno a 275 \u00b0C per i primi 5-10 minuti di cottura. Poi riduci la temperatura a quella raccomandata nella ricetta.\r\n\r\nPu\u00f2 anche aiutare mettere una ciotola d&#8217;acqua nel forno non appena il forno si scalda, cosa che crea vapore all&#8217;inizio della cottura, o versare un po&#8217; d&#8217;acqua sul fondo del forno appena prima di mettere il pane. Quando si mette il pane nel forno, l&#8217;impasto \u00e8 &#8220;freddo&#8221; rispetto al forno. Se si aggiunge inizialmente del vapore, che si condensa sul pane, si trasferisce molto calore diretto.
