Va sempre usata la spatola da montare all&#8217;interno della ciotola.<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n \t<li>\n<h4>Quando si impasta con Ankarsrum Assistent Original bisognerebbe sempre versare per primo il liquido. Indipendentemente dalla ricetta.<\/h4>\n<h4>Poi unire gli ingredienti secchi.<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n \t<li>\n<h4>Ricordatevi di aggiungere la farina poco alla volta. Spesso quando si usa Ankarsrum non \u00e8 necessario usare tanta farina quanto dice la ricetta.<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n \t<li>\n<h4>Ricordatevi che l&#8217;impasto diventa sempre pi\u00f9 compatto dopo 8-10 minuti di impasto.<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n \t<li>\n<h4>Se dovete cuocere un grande impasto con 1,5 l di liquido, ricordatevi di farlo lievitare in due ciotole.<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n \t<li>\n<h4>All&#8217;inizio della lavorazione, potrebbe essere necessario aiutare l&#8217;Assistent a sciogliere il lievito. Pu\u00f2 anche essere usato per grandi quantit\u00e0 di impasto per biscotti.<\/li>\n \t<li>Inizialmente, lasciate il rullo della pasta contro il bordo della ciotola mentre sciogliete il lievito e iniziate ad aggiungere gli ingredienti.<\/li>\n \t<li>La posizione del rullo dovr\u00e0 essere n\u00ecmodificata durante l&#8217;impasto per un risultato migliore. Basta regolare il braccio usando la manopola<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-10763 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ankarsrum.com\/se\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/11\/2020\/10\/ankarsrum-13-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"Ankarsrum degkrok\" width=\"457\" height=\"305\" \/>\n<h3>Gancio<\/h3>\n<ul>\n \t<li>Usare sempre il gancio insieme alla spatola per spingere l&#8217;impasto verso il centro della ciotola.<\/li>\n \t<li>Quando si prepara un impasto in quantit\u00e0 elevate e un impasto con molto liquido, il gancio fa il lavoro migliore.<\/li>\n \t<li>Montare il gancio per la pasta ma non bloccare il braccio. Il gancio per la pasta non fa lo stesso movimento del rullo inizialmente e dunque importante muoverlo per sciogliere il lievito. Muovate un po&#8217; il braccio e la spatola.<\/li>\n \t<li>Quando si aggiunge la farina e il gancio inizia a impastare, centrare il gancio e bloccare a 2-4 cm dal bordo.
