Marvellous machine. My ordinary mixer was groaning with the effort of kneading dough and I was worried the motor would burn out. I’ve had the Ankarsrum Assistent for over a year now and would not be without it. I make at least two loaves a week, the largest being 750g of flour and the Ankarstum deals with this with ease. The kneading process of the machine really stretches the dough and produces great bread.
