An agreement is entered into when you receive an order confirmation.\r\n\r\nTo shop at Ankarsrum Kitchen&#8217;s e-commerce, you must be at least 18 years old, not under guardianship, and legally able to enter into agreements. If you are under 18, you must have a parent&#8217;s permission to order.\r\n\r\nWe reserve the right to revise the delivery time in case of delays. Orders are shipped with <strong>DPD<\/strong> and delivered to your chosen address or collection point. Current shipping costs are shown at checkout.\r\n\r\nDamage during transport must be reported immediately to Ankarsrum Kitchen, and no later than <strong>7 days<\/strong> after receiving the delivery.\r\n\r\n<strong>If you do not collect your package<\/strong>\r\nYour parcel will remain at the DPD collection point according to their terms. If not collected, it will be returned to Ankarsrum Kitchen. If you have paid for your order but not collected it, you will be refunded the product price (not shipping). We may charge an administrative fee for uncollected orders.\r\n\r\n<strong>Force Majeure<\/strong><strong>\r\n<\/strong>Ankarsrum Kitchen will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under these terms that is caused by events outside our reasonable control or the completion would require sacrifices that are not reasonable with regard to the customer&#8217;s interest in Ankarsrum Kitchen fulfilling the purchase. The customer is not entitled to compensation for the damage suffered as a result of Ankarsrum Kitchen&#8217;s delay or fault if the delay or fault is due to an obstacle beyond Ankarsrum Kitchen&#8217;s control that could not reasonably have been foreseen at the time of purchase and the consequences of which Ankarsrum Kitchen could not reasonably have avoided or overcome.\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\n<strong>Order Confirmation<\/strong>\r\n\r\nOnce you have completed an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. If you do not receive one, please check your spam folder or contact Customer Service.\r\n\r\n<strong>Right of Withdrawal (Cancellations)<\/strong>\r\n\r\nAs a UK consumer, you have a <strong>14-day right to cancel<\/strong> under the <strong>Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013<\/strong>. The cancellation period starts the day after you receive your goods.\r\n\r\nTo exercise this right, contact Ankarsrum Kitchen by phone or email within 14 days. You then have another 14 days to return the goods. This shall be done via telephone number +46 (0) 490-52 000 or email, <a href=\"mailto:info@ankarsrum.com\">info@ankarsrum.com<\/a>.\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\nIf you choose to cancel your purchase, the product must be sent to Ankarsrum Kitchen within fourteen (14) days from the date you notified Ankarsrum Kitchen that you change your mind. The return is paid for by the customer. You will receive your refund no later than fourteen (14) days after we were informed of your decision to cancel the order. We have the right to wait with the refund until we have received the goods. We will refund via the same payment method as the purchase was originally made.\r\n\r\nAnkarsrum Kitchen is not responsible for the product during the time it is sent back to Ankarsrum Kitchen from the customer due to the right of withdrawal. Be sure to package the item(s) carefully and send it back as a package. Keep the transport number until you have been refunded or contacted.\r\n\r\nThe item must be returned with the original packaging and in the same condition as you received it, Ankarsrum Kitchen has the right to charge costs for restoring products to their original condition.\r\n\r\n<strong>Returns Policy<\/strong>\r\n\r\nIn addition to your statutory cancellation rights, Ankarsrum Kitchen offers a <strong>30-day return policy<\/strong>. You, as a customer, are responsible for the item being sent backin the same condition as you received it, mint condition and complete with packaging and original box. Deviations from this may result in a deduction of the purchase price in case of damage that has occurred in shipping, during cleaning or missing parts. Apart from this, the terms and conditions stipulated by the right of withdrawal apply.\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\n<strong>Complaints and Faulty Goods<\/strong>\r\n\r\nEvery machine undergoes a quality control before it is sent to you as a consumer. Should the product, despite the quality control, be defected or faulty when it arrives, you as a consumer (not a company) have a three (3) year right of complaint on original defects from the day you purchased the product. Under the <strong>Consumer Rights Act 2015<\/strong>, you have the right to:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>A full refund if goods are faulty and returned within 30 days.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Repair or replacement if goods are faulty within six months.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>In some cases, further rights for up to six years.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nIf you wish to make a complaint, contact our Customer Service with details of the fault. Approved complaints will have return shipping costs covered by Ankarsrum Kitchen.\r\n\r\n<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>\r\n\r\n<strong>Warranty<\/strong>\r\n\r\nOur machine model AKM6230 (1500W) comes with a <strong>seven (7) year factory warranty<\/strong>, covering the machine but not accessories. Older models have a <strong>five (5) year warranty<\/strong>. The warranty applies only to domestic use and when the user manual has been followed.\r\n\r\nIf used commercially or in non-household settings, the warranty is limited to one (1) year.\r\n\r\n<strong>Payment and Prices<\/strong>\r\n\r\nAll prices on www.ankarsrum.com\/uk are in <strong>GBP<\/strong> and include VAT (20%).
