Ankarsrum offers thirty (30) calendar days return policy, starting from the date of order, with return shipping costs at your charge. This means that you, as a consumer, have the opportunity to request a refund of your purchase for a full thirty (30) calendar days as from the date of order. However, product MUST be returned in original packaging and original box, and all returns will incur a restocking fee of fifteen (15%) of the purchase price, at a minimum.
To report a return, kindly place a call or send us an email. You will be asked for your order number as well as other contact information needed to process your return. You, as a customer, are responsible for the item being sent back in the same condition as you received it. This includes ensuring it is completely clean, accompanied by all original packaging and original box, at your own cost. Ankarsrum reserves the right to charge costs for restoring Products to their original condition, in addition to the restocking fee. This includes but is not limited to, replacement parts due to damage, damage to product due to improper packaging and product that requires cleaning upon return. Replacement parts will be charged at cost and cleaning cost is $50.00
