  Ingredients 25 g fresh yeast (or 2 1/4 tsp, dry active yeast) 1.75 cup water (400 ml) 0.25 cup olive oil (50 ml) 4.5 cups bread flour 2 tsp salt 1 tbsp honey 3 tbsp olive oil, divided Fresh rosemary & sea salt Add yeast Add water Add salt Add olive oil Add honey focaccia ankarsrum Start the machine on medium speed Add flour, little at a time Let the dough rise for 40 min Put the dough in a baking pan Let rise again for 30 min Make holes with your fingers Add olive oil, rosemary and sea salt Set oven to 225°C (435°F) Bake in the middle of the oven for 25 min focaccia ankarsrum     Voilà - Dinner is served.

  Ingredients 1 lemon (juice) 1 avocado 60 g broccoli & 65 g spinach 2 tsp grated fresh ginger 1 bundle fresh mint 1 tsp honey 200-300 ml Apple and lemon juice Fresh Raspberries & Chia Pudding citrus pressSqueeze lemon i citrus presss Mix lemon juice with apple juice Assemble the assistent with the blender blender ankarsrum Add all the ingredients, except for chia pudding and raspberries) Mix on medium speed Add some raspberries in the bottom of a glass bottle Fill with the green smoothie Put in the fridge and save for later green smoothie ankarsrumAdd the chia pudding in the bottom of another glass bottle Fill with green smoothie Top with fresh raspberries chia pudding ankarsrum     Prepare the smoothies at the same time and save one for later

  Ingredients 225 g butter (room temperature) 225 g packed brown sugar 160 g sugar 5 g vanilla sugar 2 eggs 240 g flour & 5 g baking soda & 9 g salt Add room temperature butter Add brown sugar Add sugar Add vanilla sugar Start the machine Add the eggs Mix flour, baking soda & salt Add to the dough Set oven to 200°C (392°F) Roll round cookies and place them on baking sheet paper Bake in the oven for about 10 min Decorate with chocolate while the cookies are hot Let the chocolate melt Chocolate cookies Ankarsrum     Perfect chocolate chip cookies!

  Ankarsrum Cinnamom BunsIngredients 100 g fresh yeast 1 liter milk 180 g sugar 6 g ground cardamom 2 eggs 300 g salted butter 1680 g bread flour Add yeast Start the machine Add milk 37°C (98°F) Add sugar Add cardamom Add eggs Add salted butter Add 1/2 the flour, little at a time Lock the arm 2-3 cm from the edge Add the rest of the flour Set timer for 8 minutes Add salt Let the dough rise for 40 minutes Roll the dough to a rectangle Spread with the filling Twist strips and turn them into knots Cover and let rise for 40 minutes Brush with egg and sprinkle with sugar Set oven to 225°C (435°F) Bake for 5-10 minutes     Time for Swedish fika!
