The dough hook can be used for all types of dough. Not recommended if you are making a small quantity of dough and baking just one loaf of bread – for this we recommend the roller. If you are going to make a really big batch of dough (150 rolls or 5-6 large loaves), we recommend using the dough hook rather than the dough roller. Remember that you may need two bowls for proving this much dough.
