Strawberry Sorbet
- 250 g frozen strawberries
- 200 ml strawberry and lime juice
- Juice from 1 lime
- Light Rum (3 cl per / person)
Meringue topping
- 1 egg white (40g )
- 67 g sugar

Recipe for a romantic and delicious drink – perfect for Valentine’s Day. Easy to make with our Blender.

Assemble the assistent with the blender and add all the ingredients for the strawberry sorbet.

Mix and pour into glasses.

Assemble the assistent with beater bowl and balloon whisks.

Whisk the egg whites to a foam and then add sugar a little at a time so that you get a shiny meringue batter.

Top your drink with the meringue topping and some strawberries.
