Ingredients
Pie crust
- 175 gram butter or margarine
- 200 gram digestive biscuit
Filling
- 4 st egg yolks
- 400 ml condensed milk
- 2 tablespoon lime peel, 4-8 fruits
- 3 st lime (juice)
Topping
- 150 ml cream
Key Lime Pie
Who doesn´t enjoy a fresh pie with a taste of lime on a summer day?

Place the oven at 175 ° C (347 F). Put baking sheet paper on a baking pan (about 22 cm).

Crush the biscuits and mix it with melted butter. Put in the baking pan.

Bake in the center of the oven for 10 minutes.

Peel the lime until you have about 2 tablespoons. Assemble the Assistent with the citrus press and squeeze the juice out of the lime at high power.

Separate the eggs and stir together the egg yolks with condensed milk, lime peel and juice. Pour the batter into the bundt pan and bake for another 10 minutes.
