Ankarsrum recipe


  • 500 gram beef
  • 1 potato
  • 50 gram finely grated parmesan
  • 50 gram parma ham, finely chopped
  • 1 pressed garlic clove
  • 0.5 chopped yellow onion
  • 60 gram breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp cream
  • Butter for frying
  • 200 ml cream
  • 2 tbsp Chinese soy


Indulge in the ultimate comfort food with our savory homemade meatballs recipe. Made with a flavorful blend of ground meat, breadcrumbs, herbs, and spices, these juicy meatballs are perfect for topping pasta, nestling in a sub, or simply enjoying on their own.

  1. Turn the Ankarsrum Assistent Original on its side and assemble with the mincer and the hole disc of 4.5 mm.

  2. Cut the meat into thick shreds and grind at medium speed. Use the plunger to push the meat through.

  3. Mix the meat, parma ham, parmesan, garlic, yellow onion and breadcrumbs until thoroughly combined.

  4. Shape to round meatballs in desired size and fry in butter.

  5. Add cream, soy and preferred spices.
