Mulled wine cake
Here is a recipe for the perfect mulled wine cake with raisins.
Set oven to 175 °C (347 °F). Lubricate and grind a baking pan
Assemble the assistant with the beater bowl and balloon whisks.
Whisk eggs and sugar fluffy.
Melt the butter, mix with mulled wine and add the eggs and sugar.
Mix flour and baking powder and whisk quickly to a smooth batter.
Bake for about 30-35 minutes in the lower part of the oven. Allow to cool slightly in the mold before gently flipping the cake.
