  • 1 st cucumber
  • 1 st zucchini
  • 100 gram parsley
  • 50 ml vinegar, 24%
  • 50 gram sugar
  • 250 ml water
  • salt and white pepper

It is always nice to have pickled vegetables at home.

    Follow these steps

  1. Mix vinegar, sugar and water in a jar. Stir until the sugar dissolves.

  2. Add the chopped parsley, salt and pepper.

  3. Assemble the Assistent with the vegetable cutter and slicing drum. Slice cucumber and zucchini, put it in the jar.

  4. Close the lid and shake, leave for an hour before serving. Store in refrigerator.
