Salad
- 200 g red cabbage
- 100 g carrots
- 3 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
- 45 g chopped peanuts
Sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 50 g neutral oil
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 lime, juice and finely grated peel
- 3 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 red chili
- 2 garlic cloves
- ½ red onion
- Fresh coriander and chopped peanuts for garnish
Asian Salad
Asian Chopped Salad is a bowl of crunchy, delicious goodness. This is a vibrant and healthy side dish with a sweet and savory flavor profile.

Start with the dressing. Stir together neutral oil, honey, sugar, white wine vinegar and finely grated lime peel and lime juice in a bowl. Finely chop red onion, garlic and chili, then add to the dressing and stir.

Put the assistent on its side and assemble the vegetable cutter with the slicing drum. Grate the red cabbage on medium speed. Switch to the coarse grater drum and shred the carrots at medium speed. Roughly chop coriander and peanuts.

Mix red cabbage, carrot, peanuts and coriander in a large bowl. Add the dressing and mix around until the dressing covers the salad. Garnish with fresh coriander and some chopped peanuts.
