Cookies
- 200 g butter
- 270 g flour
- 90 g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar

- 45 g sugar
- Color for baking
Swedish brussels cookies
Who doesn’t love cookies! Here are our favourite recipe for Swedish brussels.

Set oven to 175 °C (347 °F). Cover a baking pan with baking sheet paper.

Assemble the assistent with beater bowl and cookie whisks.

Slice butter thinly and mix with all ingredients into a solid dough.

Divide into two parts and shape each part into rolls, about 3 cm in diameter.

Using a fork, mix sugar with the desired amount of color on a baking sheet paper.

Roll the cookie-rolls in the sugar mixture and then cut into slices, about 1½ cm wide.

Place the cookies on a baking pan with baking sheet paper and press lightly on top of them.

Bake in the middle of the oven for 10-12 minutes or until they have some color. Let cool.
