Ingredients
- 4 egg yolks
 - 100 g sugar
 - 200 g milk
 - 100 g cream
 - 2 ml vanilla bean ground from a mill or finely chopped; or 1 tsp vanilla sugar
 - Garnish with your favorite topping
 
Vanilla ice cream
Recipe for classic vanilla ice cream. Top with caramel sauce, sprinkles or your favorite.
Before use

Place the freezer bowl in the freezer, -18 ยบC (about 0ยบF), for 20-24 hours.
 
Follow these steps
- 									
Assemble the assistent with the beater bowl and the balloon whisks.
 - 									
Whisk eggs and sugar on medium speed until fluffy.
 - 									
Divide the vanilla bean and scrape out the vanilla beans.
 - 									
Add vanilla, milk and cream and mix well.
 - 									
Put in the fridge until it is refrigerator temperature.
 - 									
Assemble the assistent with the ice cream maker.
 - 									
Pour the ice cream batter into the freezer bowl through the opening in the lid.
 - 									
Let the machine run at medium speed for 20-30 minutes until the desired consistency is reached.
 - 									
Eat right away, or put the freezeer bowl with the lid in the freezer and save for later.
