Ingredients

  • 200 g sweetened condensed milk (1/2 jar)
  • 500 g watermelon (without peel)
  • 0.5 dl juice from lemon (1)

Watermelon sorbet

Watermelon sorbet is refreshing and easy to make with our Ice cream maker. Tips! Top the sorbet with sparkling wine and you have a delicious summer drink!

Dessert

    Before use

  1. Place the freezer bowl in the freezer, -18 ºC for 20-24 hours.

  2. Follow these steps

  3. Assemble the assistent with the Citrus press.

  4. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.

  5. Assemble the assistent with the blender.

  6. Add the juice and diced melon and the condensed milk. Mix into a smooth batter. Put in the refridgerator until it is cold.

  7. Assemble the assistent with the ice cream maker and then pour the batter into the ice cream container.

  8. Start the assistent on low/medium speed, let it run for about 30 min.

  9. Freeze the sorbet for about 2 hours.

  10. Tips! Top the sorbet with sparkling wine and you have a delicious summer drink but it is just as tasty to eat just like it is on a hot summer day.
