The ingredients won’t mix – they just stay in the middle of the bowl. What should I do?

Sometimes you may need to help by pulling the arm towards the middle to pick up the dry ingredients. Remember not to lock the arm until the ingredients have begun to mix and the dough has started to climb up the sides of the bowl. Only then do you lock the arm. The dough hook is centred and locked, and the dough roller is locked 2-4 cm from the edge of the bowl.
