Ingredients
- 400 g raw beets
- 1 pack cannellini beans (380 g)
- 1 small onion
- 2 eggs
- 50 g breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Olive oil
Cheddar dressing
- ½ pot of fresh thyme
- 200 g Crème fraiche
- 100 g grated cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- Salt
- Black pepper
For serving
- 4-6 burger buns
- Salad
- 2 avocado
- Red onion
- Sprouts, radish sprouts or similar
Beetroot burgers
Of course, you can make vegetarian burgers with our Mincer as well. Here is a recipe for these delicious Beetroot burgers.

Assemble the assistent with the mincer.

Peel and wash the beets and divide into pieces.

Rinse the cannellini beans and peel and divide a yellow onion.

Grind the beets, cannellini beans and yellow onion in the Mincer.

Assemble the assistent with the bowl, dough scraper and dough roller.

Blend the minced beetroot-mix on low/medium speed.

Add eggs, breadcrumbs, cumin, salt and black pepper in the bowl. Mix in the bowl until you have a smooth batter. Let swell for 10 minutes at room temperature.

Place your burgers on a baking sheet. Drizzle over a little olive oil.

Cook your burgers in the middle of the oven at 200 ℃ (392 F) hot air for about 15-20 minutes. It works great to grill your beetroot burgers as well, our suggestion is to use a frying pan or baking steel.

Finely chop the thyme and mix all the ingredients in a bowl for the dressing, store in the fridge.

Serve the beetroot burgers with bread, cheddar dressing, salad, avocado, red onion and sprouts.
