Sink your teeth into the Balkan delight of chevapcici! These grilled sausages burst with flavor, seasoned with a blend of garlic, paprika, and herbs.


    Follow these steps

  1. Attach the mincer to the Assistent.

  2. Cut the meat into strips.

  3. Use the 4.5 mm hole disc.

  4. Begin the machine on low speed.

  5. Feed the meat and one onion into the machine.

  6. Combine the meat, onion, water, salt, black pepper, and paprika powder until thoroughly mixed.

  7. Cover the bowl and allow the mixture to rest for a few hours.

  8. Form the meat into sausages measuring 1.5 cm x 3 cm.

  9. Fry the sausages in oil until golden brown.

  10. Serve with ajvar, tzatziki, vegetables, and pita bread.
