  • 500 ml apple juice of good quality
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • Liqueur 43 to taste (for non-alcoholic variant, replace with a little vanilla essence)

    Follow these steps

  1. Peel and core the apple and cut into pieces, freeze (preferably the day before).

  2. Assemble the blender on the assistent and add all the ingredients.

  3. Mix until you have a sorbet texture on the drink.

  4. Pour into glasses and decorate with star anise, cinnamon sticks and apple slices.

  5. Serve immediately and enjoooooy
