    Follow these steps

  1. Assemble the assistant with the bowl, dough knife, and dough roller.

  2. Pour all the flour into the cauldron and start the assistant on low speed.

  3. Add the water.

  4. Pour in the oil and, if necessary, assist the assistent by gently guiding the arm towards the center a few times to help start the mixing process. Once the dough begins to form, position the assistant's arm approximately 2-4 cm from the edge of the bowl.

  5. Knead the dough for at least 10 minutes, using a timer to keep track.

  6. Transfer the dough onto a floured board and knead it lightly.

  7. Allow the dough to rest in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes before further use.
