- 1 Lemon
- 1 avocado
- 60 g broccoli
- 65 g spinach
- 2 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 1 bundle bundle fresh mint
- 1 tsp honey
- 200 ml 200-300 ml Apple and lemon juice

Green smoothie and chia pudding
Prepare them at the same time and save one for later. Use our blender and citrus press – Voila
Assemble the assistent with the citrus press and squeeze the lemon. Mix the lemon with fresh apple juice.
Assemble the assistent with the blender.
Add all the ingredients, except for chia pudding and raspberries, and mix.
Add some raspberries in the bottom of a glass bottle, and fill with the green smoothie, put in the fridge and save for later.
Add the chia pudding in the bottom of another glass bottle, fill with green smoothie and top with fresh raspberries – enjoy!
