
Ingredients
- 150 g all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 600 ml milk
- 3 eggs
- 3 tbsp salted butter
Frying
- 4 tbsp salted butter or oil
Garnish
- Hazelnut cream
- Maple syrup
- Fresh berries
- Chopped pistachios
Crêpes
Crêpes are thin pancakes that originated in France. They are an excellent way to end a dinner, or start the day – bon appétit!

Assemble the Ankarsrum with the Beater Bowl and Balloon Whisks.

Add flour, sugar and salt. Start the Ankarsrum at medium speed.

Add 1/3 of the milk and whisk till a smooth batter forms.

Add the rest of the milk as well as the eggs, and mix until all is blended.

Melt the 3 tbsp butter and add it to the batter.

Let the crêpe batter stand for 10 minutes to allow the flour to absorb the liquid.

Heat a frying pan and add a little butter. Fry thin, round crêpes in desired size.

Fold your crêpes and place on a plate, drizzle over maple syrup.

Garnish with fresh berries and chopped pistachios.

Serve them with a delicious hazelnut cream, or why not vanilla ice cream?
