- 25 gram yeast
- 5 dl water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp salt
- 2 tsp honey or sugar
- 10 dl flour
- olive oil and flour for baking

Follow these steps
Pizza dough
- 									Assemble the assistant with dough roller and dough knife. 
- 									Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water. 
- 									Add all ingredients and work together into a smooth dough for about five minutes. 
- 									Grease the dough with a little oil, cover with the dough lid and allow to rise to double size, about an hour. 
- 									Set the oven to 230 ยฐC (446 ยฐF) and insert an oven plate. 
- 									Divide the dough into two parts. Form one piece at a time into a pizza by gently pulling and pressing the dough with your fingers. 
- 									Place the pizza on a baking sheet paper, add the sauce and the filling. 
- 									Bake in the middle of the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the pizza has color.
