- 1 l blueberries
- 100 gram sugar
- 2 tbsp flour
- 50 gram sugar
- 120 gram flour
If they are blue, you’re allowed to take two! Make a blueberry cake to the afternoon tea.
Oven temperature 200°C (392°F)
Wash the blueberries and mix them with sugar and flour.
Melt the butter in a sauce pan.
Assemble your assistant with whisk bowl and cookie beaters.
Add the melted butter, sugar and flour. Blend until it becomes a “dough” Let it cool down.
Add the blueberries in the pie pan and top it with the pie crust.
Bake in the oven for about 20 min.
Serve with ice cream or vanilla sauce
