Follow these steps

Assemble the Assistent with the citrus press and juice the lemon. Mix the lemon juice with the apple juice.

Assemble the Assistent with the blender.

Add all the ingredients, except for chia pudding and raspberries, and blend until smooth.

Add some raspberries in the bottom of a glass bottle, and fill with the green smoothie, put in the fridge and save for later.

Add the chia pudding in the bottom of another glass bottle, fill with green smoothie and top with fresh raspberries โ enjoy!
