- 100 gram butter
- 2 st eggs
- 225 gram sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 1 tbsp cocoa
- 1 ml salt
- 120 gram wheat flour
A trick to make a regular chocolate cake feel really luxurious is to add a good amount of garnish.
Melt the butter in a saucepan.
Assemble the assistent with the beater bowl and the balloon whisks.
Whisk the butter with eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, cocoa.
Add wheat flour and whisk.
Pour the batter into a baking pan.
Bake in the middle of the oven at 175 °C (347 °F) for about 17 minutes.
Let the cake cool and garnish.
