Assemble the assistant with dough roller and dough knife.
Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.
Add all ingredients and work together into a smooth dough for about five minutes.
Grease the dough with a little oil, cover with the dough lid and allow to rise to double size, about an hour.
Set the oven to 230 °C (446 °F) and insert an oven plate.
Divide the dough into two parts. Form one piece at a time into a pizza by gently pulling and pressing the dough with your fingers.
Place the pizza on a baking sheet paper, add the sauce and the filling.
Bake in the middle of the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the pizza has color.
