- 2 ripe mangos (approx. 500 gram cut in cubes)
- 1 bottle of rosé (750 ml)
- A few ice cubes
A delicious and colorful drink called Mango frosé.
Pour almost the entire rosé (keep 100 ml) in a container (approx 30x20 cm) and put in the freezer for about 6 hours (it will not freeze entirely due to the alcohol)
Cut the mangoes into smaller cubes and freeze them for about 1 hour
Attach the blender on the Ankarsrum Assistent and fill it with the frozen mango cubes, add some ice cubes, the frozen rosé (scrape it out from the container) and pour the remaining 100 ml of rosé.
Turn on the blender and let it mix until you have a slushy mixture
Pour the mango frosé in glasses and serve immediately
