Ingredients

  • 1 st lemon (peel and juice)
  • 1 tablespoon hot water
  • 180 gram flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla powder

  • 400 gram cream
  • 200 gram white chocolate

Topping

  • 2 litre strawberries

    Follow these steps

  1. Chop the chocolate.

  2. Heat the cream in a sauce pan without boiling it. Add the chocolate and wipe until it is melt.

  3. Place in the fridge for 3 hours or overnight.

  4. Cake

  5. Set oven at 175°C. (347°F)

  6. Assemble the assistant with whisk bowl and balloon whisks.

  7. Whisk egg and sugar until the batter is very airy and light.

  8. Peel the lemon.

  9. Assemble your assistent with citrus press and squeeze out the lemon juice.

  10. Assemble the assistent again with whisk bowl and balloon whisks.

  11. Add the hot water and the lemon juice to the batter when it is blending.

  12. Mix flour, baking powder, vanilla powder and lemon peel and add to the batter. Whisk until smooth.

  13. Grease a baking pan (springform) and line it with fine breadcrumbs or flour. Add the batter into the springform.

  14. Bake in the owen for 30 min. (Make sure the batter is dry).

  15. Let the cake cool down and cut it into 3 cake bases.

  20. Place the first base on a plate and add strawberries.

  23. Decorate with strawberries.
