Green asian smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 2โ€“3 cm fresh ginger, peeled
  • 70 g baby spinach (or mix with kale for more texture)
  • 1 dl shelled, frozen edamame beans
  • 1 dl frozen mango
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 2 dl orange juice (preferably freshly squeezed or unsweetened)
  • Water to desired consistency
  • A pinch of fresh mint
  • Add 1 banana for extra sweetness and creaminess (optional)

A fresh and nourishing smoothie with Asian-inspired flavors. Perfect for a green start to your day or as an energizing post-workout boost.

Drink

    Follow these steps

    1. Assemble the assistent with the blender

    2. Add all ingredients to the blender.

    3. Start blending on low speed, then gradually increase until smooth.

    4. Add water a little at a time until you reach your preferred consistency.

    5. Taste and adjust with more lime juice or mint if desired.

    6. Pour into glasses and enjoy right away!
