Ingredients
- 100 g sugar
 - 100 ml water
 - 1 tbsp glucose syrup (optional)
 - 250 g ripe mango
 - 1 lemon (juice)
 
Mango Sorbet
It is so easy to make your own homemade mango sorbet with Ankarsrum Ice Cream maker.
Before use

Place the freezer bowl in the freezer, -18 ยบC (about 0ยบF), for 20-24 hours.
 
Follow these steps
- 									
Boil water, sugar and glucose and stir until the sugar has dissolved.

Set the batter in the refrigerator, and allow to cool to refrigerator temperature.
 - 									
Assemble the assistent with the citrus press and press the lemon.
 - 									
Assemble the assistent with the blender.
 - 									
Add the mango, lemon juice and half of the sugar mixture in a blender.
 - 									
Mix until you get a smooth consistency. Taste, add more of the sugar mixture if you want more sweetness in your ice cream.

Pour the sorbet batter into the freezer bowl through the opening in the lid.
 - 									
Let the machine run at low/medium speed for 20-30 minutes until the desired consistency is reached.
 - 									
Eat right away, or put the freezeer bowl with the lid in the freezer and save for later.
