*MINCER
The mincer model is marked ”8” or ”10” on the reverse of the 4 bladed knife.
Mincer model 8 was produced 1945-1978. A complete meat mincer model 8 fits all mchine models. But mincer model 8’s accessories (hole discs, knife, sausage horn, grater, cookie attachment, pasta discs etc.) do not fit modern mincers (model 10) because the diameter is different. No replacement parts are available for mincer model 8. Mincer model 10 is our current model and has been since 1978. A complete meat mincer model 10 fits all machine models, from the oldest to the present N30. All the mincer accessories currently sold (hole discs, knife, sausage horn, grater, cookie attachment, pasta blades discs etc.) fit meat mincer model 10. Older accessories for model 8 do not fit current mincers because the diameters differ between the models. Mincer 10 has a diameter of 70 mm.
***VEGETABLE CUTTER
Vegetable cutter model was produced 8 1979-1991. Vegetable cutter model 8 does not fit current Assistent Original model. No replacement parts available.
The current model of our vegetable cutter, in production from 1991 fits all machine models from the oldest to the present N30.
