You need
- 200 g dark chocolate (minimum 55% cacao)
- 125 g butter
- 2 st egg
- 2 dl sugar
- 1.5 dl brown sugar
- 3 dl flour
- 0.5 dl cacao
- 2 tsk vanilla sugar
- 1 tsk baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 100 g milk chocolate
- 100 g mini marshmallows

Brownie Marshmallow cookies that are so delicious! They taste similar as to a cup of hot chocolate. You must try them.

Follow these steps

Cover two oven trays with parchment paper.

Chop the dark chocolate and melt together with butter in a sauce pan. Let cool down.

Assemble your assistent with whisk bowl and balloon whisks.

Add egg, sugar, brown sugar and whisk until fluffy batter.

Add the melted chocolate and butter to the batter. Whisk again for 5 minutes.

Add all dry ingrediencies, flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, salt and cacao.

Place the whisk bowl in the fridge for 30 minutes to make the batter stiff.

Roll 15 round cookies and place them on the parchment paper. Make sure you have plenty of space in between them.

Bake the cookies for 10 minutes in the middle of the oven. The cookies should be very soft on the inside but dry on the outside.

Top the cookies with chopped milk chocolate while they are still warm.

Decorate with marshmallows.
