With the Ankarsrum Mincer Complete Package, you get everything you need to take your cooking to the next level. In addition to the Mincer, you receive five attachments that easily mount on the Mincer, making it even more versatile. Grind your own meat, make homemade sausages, puree fruit into jams and sauces, grate parmesan or nuts, and pipe cookies with ease – all with one fantastic package!

Mincer with hole discs & sausage horns – process your own ground meat, shape your own sausages, or prepare vegetarian options like falafel or chickpea patties. Easily adjust the texture from fine to coarse grinds.
Strainer – Transform fresh fruits and vegetables into smooth purees, sauces, baby foods, jams, and marmalades.
Grater – Easily grate everything from parmesan and chocolate to nuts and potatoes.
Cookie Attachment – Pipe shortbread dough to create uniformly shaped cookies in four different patterns.

The Strainer, Sausage Horns, Grater, and Cookie Press attach to the Mincer and are compatible with Mincer Model 10. The model number “10” is stamped on the 4-blade knife.
