Assemble the assistant with the bowl, dough knife, and dough roller.

Pour all the flour into the cauldron and start the assistant on low speed.

Pour in the oil and, if necessary, assist the assistent by gently guiding the arm towards the center a few times to help start the mixing process. Once the dough begins to form, position the assistant's arm approximately 2-4 cm from the edge of the bowl.

Knead the dough for at least 10 minutes, using a timer to keep track.
