    Follow these steps

  1. Set oven to 175 °C (347 °F). Cover a baking pan with baking sheet paper.

  2. Assemble the assistent with beater bowl and cookie whisks.

  3. Slice butter thinly and mix with all ingredients into a solid dough.

  4. Divide into two parts and shape each part into rolls, about 3 cm in diameter.

  5. Using a fork, mix sugar with the desired amount of color on a baking sheet paper.

  6. Roll the cookie-rolls in the sugar mixture and then cut into slices, about 1½ cm wide.

  7. Place the cookies on a baking pan with baking sheet paper and press lightly on top of them.

  8. Bake in the middle of the oven for 10-12 minutes or until they have some color. Let cool.
