    Follow these steps

  1. Set owen to 175°C (347°F)

  2. Cover two owen trays with parchment paper.

  3. Chop the dark chocolate and melt together with butter in a sauce pan. Let cool down.

  4. Assemble your assistent with whisk bowl and balloon whisks.

  5. Add egg, sugar, brown sugar and whisk until fluffy batter.

  6. Add the melted chocolate and butter to the batter. Whisk again for 5 minutes.

  7. Add all dry ingrediencies, flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, salt and cacao.

  8. Place the whisk bowl in the fridge for 30 minutes to make the batter stiff.

  9. Roll 15 round cookies and place them on the parchment paper. Make sure you have plenty of space in between them.

  10. Bake the cookies for 10 minutes in the middle of the owen. The cookies should be very soft on the inside but dry on the outside.

  • 3 dl flour
  • 0.5 dl cacao
  • 2 tsp vanilla sugar

  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 100 g dark chocolate (minimum 55% cacao)
  • 100 g mini marshmallows
