Instructions

    Follow these steps

  1. Assemble the assistent with the Grain Mill

  2. Mill coffee beans.

  3. Brew strong coffee.

  4. Assemble the assistent with the beater bowl and balloon whisks

  5. Whisk the cream lightly.

  6. Mix sugar, cocoa and vanilla, pour in a little hot coffee and stir until the sugar dissolves.

  7. Stir in the sugar mixture in the coffee and divide into two glasses. Top with cream and cocoa.

  8. Serve immediately.

Ingredients

Hot coffee

  • 400 ml coffee, strong
  • 3 tsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp cocoa
  • 2 ml vanilla powder

Topping

  • 50 ml cream
  • 1 tsp cocoa
