    Follow these steps - Brownie Base

  1. Set oven to 175 °C (347 °F). Use a baking pan, 20-22 cm, with baking sheet paper and lubricate the edges.

  2. Assemble the assistant with beater bowl and cookie whisks.

  3. Add soft butter and sugar. Add one egg at a time.

  4. Chop and melt the chocolate, add into the batter.

  5. Mix flour, cocoa, salt and vanilla sugar. Add and stir smoothly.

  6. Pour the batter into the baking pan and bake for about 20 minutes, allow to cool completely in the pan.

  7. Follow these steps - Coffee Mousse

  8. Chop the chocolate and place it in a bowl.

  9. Heat 100 ml cream together with the coffee, pour over the chocolate to a smooth batter.

  10. Assemble the assistant with beater bowl and balloon whisks.

  11. Whisk the egg yolks and add to the batter.

  12. Whisk the rest of the cream and add to the chocolate batter.

  13. Spread the mousse over the chocolate base, put in the fridge to set, 3-4 hours.

  14. Follow these steps - Chocolate mousse

  15. Chop the chocolate and place it in a bowl.

  16. Heat up 100 ml cream, pour over the chocolate into a smooth batter.

  17. Assemble the assistant with beater bowl and balloon whisks.

  18. Whisk the egg yolks and add to the batter.

  19. Whisk the rest of the cream and add to the chocolate batter.

  20. Spread the mousse over the chocolate base, put in the fridge to set, 3-4 hours.

  21. Follow these steps - Chocolate sauce

  22. Mix cream, sugar, syrup and cocoa in a saucepan.

  23. Let cook to desired consistency, about 10 minutes.

  24. Add butter and allow to cool before gently spreading the sauce on top of the cake. Put in the fridge to set.

  25. Top with blueberries

Coffee Mousse

  • 450 ml cream
  • 2 tsp instant coffee
  • 300 g light chocolate
  • 3 egg yolks

Chocolate Mousse

  • 350 ml cream
  • 250 g dark chocolate
  • 3 egg yolks

Chocolate sauce

  • 100 ml cream
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp cocoa
  • 1 tbsp syrup, light
  • 1 tbsp butter

Topping

  • Fresh blueberries
