Set oven to 175°C (347°F)
Melt the butter in a sauce pan and let it cool down
Assemble your assistent with whisk bowl and balloon whisks.
Add the butter vanilla sugar, water, milk and egg to the whisk bowl and blend.
Mix all dry ingrediencies and add to the batter and blend smoothly on low speed.
Cover the bunt pan with parchment paper and fill it with the batter.
Bake the cake in the lower part of the oven for 30-45 minutes.
Let cool down and divide it into two pieces.
Chop the dark chocolate and melt it in a pan over hot water. Set aside and let cool down.
Assemble your assistent with whisk bowl and balloon whisks or cookie whisks.
Add the cream cheese and cream and mix.
Add the melted chocolate as you continue to whisk.
Add the icing sugar and blend on low speed to a creamy frosting.
Add frosting in-between and all around the cake.
Decorate with chocolate.
Serve or store for a while in the fridge.
