Follow these steps

  1. Assemble the Assistent with the beater bowl and balloon whisks.

  2. Whisk the cream lightly.

  3. Add the condensed milk and stir smoothly.

  4. Pour the ice cream into a mold.

  5. Melt the chocolate and pour into the mold, use a spoon to mix.

  6. Place in the freezer for at least five hours.

  7. Prepare the ice cream 10 minutes before serving. Top with passionfruit.
