    Follow these steps

  1. Assemble the assistent with beater bowl and balloon whisks.

  2. Whisk egg whites and vinegar to a white foam.

  3. Add the sugar during whisking (a little at a time)

  4. Whisk for a couple of minutes to dissolve the sugar.

  5. Add icing sugar and vanilla sugar and whisk so that you have a thick meringue batter

  6. The bowl must be able to turn upside down.

  7. Pipe the meringue batter on a baking sheet paper and bake at 100 °C (212 °F).

  8. The baking time depends on the size of the meringue but small once needs about 40 minutes. If you make it a little bigger then at least an hour is required.

  9. For a pavlova calculate at least 2 hours.

  • 360 g sugar
  • 240 g icing sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
