Follow these steps

    Pizza dough

  1. Assemble the assistant with dough roller and dough knife.

  2. Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.

  3. Add all ingredients and work together into a smooth dough for about five minutes.

  4. Grease the dough with a little oil, cover with the dough lid and allow to rise to double size, about an hour.

  5. Set the oven to 230 °C (446 °F) and insert an oven plate.

  6. Divide the dough into two parts. Form one piece at a time into a pizza by gently pulling and pressing the dough with your fingers.

  7. Place the pizza on a baking sheet paper, add the sauce and the filling.

  8. Bake in the middle of the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the pizza has color.

  9. Dessert pizza

  10. Set the oven to 230 °C (446 °F).

  11. Roll or shape the dough into two round pizzas or fill a whole plate.

  12. Mix the cream cheese with vanilla sugar and spread on the pizza.

  13. Chop the chocolate and sprinkle the pizza with the raspberries.

  14. Bake in the middle of the oven for 10–15 minutes, until the pizza has color.

  15. Top with chopped nuts, icing sugar and lemon.

  • 25 gram yeast
  • 5 dl water
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 2 tsp honey or sugar
  • 10 dl flour
  • olive oil and flour for baking

Dessert pizza

  • 0.5 st pizza dough
  • 100 gram cream cheese
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 200 gram raspberry, fresh or thawed frozen
  • 50 gram white chocolate
